Arbraska is looking for enthusiastic people to conduct their activities, zip lines, aerial courses and more. Customer experience specialist (Parks)

Join the Arbraska team as a customer experience specialist. Contribute to make every visit an incredible experience that surpasses people’s expectations. From taking phone calls, making reservations and ensuring the visitors well-being up to their departure; being a customer experience specialist at Arbraska is the art of outstanding customer service. It means creating adventures that are adapted for everyone and offer an exceptional quality service in a warm and family atmosphere. It is also an opportunity to develop computer, cash register, and reservation skills, but mainly, to put forward your cheerful personality contributing to an excellent customer experience in our parks. Customer experience specialist (Call center, Montréal)

Join the Arbraska team as a customer experience specialist. Your role will consist of answering phone calls and identifying customer needs. Meeting the expectations of our customers and advising them in their choice of activities is a way to maintain a relationship of trust with them. We are looking for passionate individuals who love the outdoors and seek new adventures and who are committed to provide an exceptional booking service to our participants. As customer experience always starts with the first contact, it’s important to providing an unforgettable Arbraska experience from the first call therefore we believe this position is very important.
